Vintage from the 1960s
Fenton Milk Glass Top Hat Holder with daisy and button pattern. This little piece of decor stands about 3 1/4 inches tall at its highest edge. It does have a very small chip, (see picture) but you could smooth that out and use it as a vase, small planter, or to hold 'stuff'.
