Product Condition & Authenticity

Every piece at Distinctive Vintage is a genuine vintage or antique treasure

with its own unique history.

Please remember that vintage items are not new. Due to age and the original manufacturing

process, you may find characteristics such as minor manufacturing variations,

glass bubbles, straw marks,light wear, crazing on older pottery, or signs of gentle use.

These are often part of the charm and authenticity of vintage pieces.

Every item is individually photographed, measured, and described as accurately as possible.

Every piece tells a story. Please take a moment to review all photos, measurements, and the complete description so you can be confident it's the perfect addition to your home.

Some product photographs are enhanced for lighting, color accuracy, background, and clarity.

The vintage item shown is the actual item you will receive.

Any condition issues are disclosed in both the photographs and the written description.

 

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is a unique vintage treasure, please review all photos,

measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Returns are accepted only when an item arrives damaged or is

significantly different from its description.

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Buyer's remorse

• Not reviewing measurements

• Color differences caused by individual monitor or device settings

• Sale items

Shipping Damage

All shipments are carefully packed to help ensure safe arrival.

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph:

• the outside of the box

• all packaging materials

• the damaged item

These photographs are required when filing an insurance claim.

Once the claim has been approved, a full refund will be issued.

Distinctive Vintage has proudly shipped vintage treasures worldwide since 2006.

Orders are carefully packed using quality packing materials.

Combined shipping is gladly offered whenever possible.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties,

VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS,FedEx or DHL depending on destination and package size.
