Returns/Refunds,Sale & Shipping Policy

Effective November 29, 2024, the Postal Service™ will temporarily suspend accepting international mail for delivery to Canada because they are unable to process or deliver international mail/services. This is due to the ongoing national strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. Customers are asked to refrain from mailing items to Canada via USPS until further notice.

We will ship alternative shippers like Fed Ex and UPS


 

We Collect Sales Tax if the item is purchased and shipped in Florida.
We gladly accept returns, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Ship items within 7 days in the original packing.

You are responsible for shipping charges.
We do not accept exchanges, cancellations or change of mind.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have arrived

damaged or defective, we simply cannot accept returns for:  * Items on Sale.

 

Items on Sale are exempt from any Shop Discounts unless otherwise stated.
Because most of our items are all vintage and at least 40 years old they

will be used and cannot be expected to be in new condition, there may be minor defects, especially linens and will be stated as such.


We make every effort to give a thorough description and list any flaws we find

and include pictures showing the condition and all aspects of the items.

Unless the item is obviously described incorrectly it will not be eligible for a

full refund for the reason of "not as described"

If your order is damaged in Shipping 
We insure our packages. It is up to the buyer to document packaging

and damage with photographs, including the box and packaging.

If the package arrives and you see damage to the package take pictures

before opening. Once the package is opened and you find it damaged

please take pictures of all damages as they will be necessary when filing a claim.

We cannot file a claim without this information. Once the file is submitted and accepted

we will make a full refund.

Shipping Policies
We do combined shipping whenever possible for the same buyer.

We know how expensive shipping can be so we try to ship the

most economical way to your location as possible.
We try and re-use boxes and packaging when possible to

reduce the cost and to be environmentally responsible.
Insurance and tracking usually is included for shipments in the U.S.

Delivery confirmation is automatic but that only
guarantees the package was delivered to your address.

Additional signature confirmation upgrades can be added at the
purchaser's request and expense.
