Vintage 1960's
Very Rare Vintage Imperial Milk Glass "Loganberry" Vase, a beautiful and highly collectible piece featuring an intricate raised grape and vine motif that wraps gracefully around the body of the vase. Its elegant flared shape and richly detailed pattern showcase the exceptional craftsmanship that made Imperial Glass one of America's premier glass manufacturers.
Founded in Bellaire, Ohio, in 1904, Imperial Glass produced an extensive line of quality pressed glass until the company closed in 1984. Today, many of its distinctive patterns, including the Loganberry design, are sought after by collectors for their beauty and craftsmanship.
The vase measures approximately 10" tall and 4" across the widest point of the flared opening. Its substantial weight reflects the quality of the heavy milk glass construction, making it an impressive display piece whether filled with flowers or displayed on its own.
The vase is marked with the Imperial Glass logo on the underside and is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is one tiny stain inside the bottom of the vase that does not detract from its appearance or display. The glossy finish and crisp grape and vine details have been beautifully preserved, making this an outstanding addition to any Imperial Glass or milk glass collection.
