The ring is in fine condition for it's age and the prongs and gemstones appear intact. As a Vintage ring, maintenance from a qualified jewelry professional is recommended. I am only guessing the size could be from 6 to a 7. The Main Stones are 3 small diamonds, single cut with the accent stone being 4 Sapphires in Blue.
