Vintage 1970's
A beautiful and highly decorative piece of Mosser Glass, this Eye Winker covered butter dish features a rich ruby-red cranberry color enhanced by a brilliant iridescent finish that reflects shades of gold, green, pink, purple, and blue as the light changes.

The distinctive Eye Winker pattern showcases rounded raised details around the upper body, an intricate scrolling design around the lower portion, and a fan-ribbed domed lid finished with a matching finial. The coordinating underplate completes this eye-catching two-piece set.

Dating to the 1970s, this American-made glass piece is a wonderful addition to a carnival glass collection and would also make an elegant display piece for a vintage glass cabinet or special table setting.
